Driveway Cleaning
Surface-cleaned concrete that lifts dirt, algae, and years of grime — and brings the color back.
Your driveway takes a beating — road salt, tire marks, and a steady buildup of dirt and algae in the low spots. Over time it goes from light gray to a dull, blotchy mess. Driveway cleaning restores it to a clean, uniform finish that makes your whole property look sharper.
The secret to a professional result is a commercial surface cleaner — a spinning, enclosed head that cleans evenly across the entire slab. Cleaning a driveway with just a pressure wand leaves zebra stripes; our surface cleaner delivers a consistent, line-free finish, and we hand-detail the edges and joints it can’t reach.
We pre-treat organic growth and ground-in grime, surface-clean for an even finish, and can add a protective sealant to keep your concrete looking clean through the next Michigan winter.
Set-in oil or rust stains aren’t covered by a standard cleaning — those are dedicated specialty treatments. If that’s what you’re dealing with, see our oil & grease stain removal and rust stain removal services, and we’ll quote the right one.

How it works
- 1
Pre-treat the surface
Organic growth and ground-in grime get a pre-treatment so the whole slab cleans evenly.
- 2
Surface clean
A commercial rotary surface cleaner delivers an even, line-free clean across the whole slab — no wand stripes.
- 3
Detail the edges
We hand-detail edges, expansion joints, and borders that a surface cleaner can't reach.
- 4
Rinse & inspect
A final rinse clears loosened grime and we confirm an even, brightened finish.

Driveway Cleaning — FAQs
Does a driveway cleaning remove oil or rust stains?
No — a standard driveway cleaning removes dirt, algae, and grime and brightens the concrete, but it won't pull out set-in oil or rust stains. Those need a dedicated spot treatment, which we offer as a separate service. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll quote it separately so there are no surprises.
Why does my driveway have white residue in spring?
That's efflorescence and road-salt residue left behind by Michigan winters. Our cleaning lifts most of that surface residue and brightens the concrete back up, though heavy efflorescence can be stubborn and may return over time — we'll be straight with you about what to expect.
Should I seal my concrete after cleaning?
Sealing is optional but worth it — it locks in the clean look, makes future cleaning easier, and helps your concrete resist grime and the elements. Ask us about adding it to your service.
